Booking Confirmation:
All reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received. This helps us guarantee your selected apartment and prepare it specially for your stay.
Rates and Pricing:
Our rates may vary depending on seasonal demand, public holidays, and duration of stay. Please confirm your total rate at the time of booking to avoid any confusion.
Regular Stay: ₦150,000 per night
House Party Booking: ₦300,000 per night
Payment Terms:
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We recommend confirming all details before finalizing your booking.
We value your time and want your arrival and departure to be as easy as possible.
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
If you’d like to check in early or extend your stay beyond the standard check-out time, please let us know in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract a small additional fee to cover extended service hours.
We want every guest to enjoy a safe, clean, and beautiful space. To help us maintain the apartment’s quality:
Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or property misuse that occur during their stay.
A refundable caution fee is required at check-in:
₦20,000 for regular stays
₦100,000 for house party bookings
This amount will be fully refunded after check-out once the apartment has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
We ask all our guests to help us keep Quantum Havens comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Please observe the following guidelines during your stay:
🚭 No smoking indoors. Kindly use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.
🤫 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these times to respect other guests and neighbors.
🎉 No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval from management. Unauthorized gatherings may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Deny entry or cancel a stay if guests or visitors engage in illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or breach our terms of stay.
Retain caution fees or terminate stays where property damage, excessive disturbance, or non-compliance with house rules occurs.
