🕒 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in:
We’ll gladly refund 50% of your booking amount if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. This gives us enough time to offer the space to other guests who may be looking for a stay.

⏰ Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in:
We know last-minute changes can happen, but please note that bookings canceled within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. By this time, your apartment has already been prepared and reserved exclusively for you.

🔄 Rescheduling your stay:
We’re happy to help you adjust your plans! You can reschedule your stay once at no extra cost, provided you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Any additional reschedules or shorter notices may attract a small administrative fee, subject to availability.

🚫 No-show policy:
If you don’t arrive and haven’t informed us beforehand, the full booking amount will be charged. We always encourage guests to reach out early if something changes — we’ll do our best to assist.

🏡 If we ever need to cancel your booking:
In the rare event that management needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, maintenance or safety concerns), you’ll receive a full refund immediately or the option to rebook for a future date at your convenience.
